![]() Mike Haslam (IDBF President) will run an IDBF Race Officials Training Course, from 6th - 9th November for people new to the sport and an IDBF Officials examination for any experienced officials that might want to take their IDBF assessment. On the coaching side there will be an IDBF Coach Level 1 course which will include the IDBF Helming requirement needed to introduce novice paddlers to dragonboating. Each course is a separate entity and will require 1 full day, plus maybe a couple of hours the evening before or the morning after the main day. This is aimed primarily at advancing the sport in the African countries who have recently started dragonboating, but dragonboaters from elsewhere would be very welcome. |
